Christmas in Colombia is crazy. They take it very seriously. Every park (and there are many), every street, every building is decorated in loads of Christmas lights. They're all beautiful. This picture is from one park in Usaquen, a comedien is telling stories to a crowd.
Your pic totally reminds me of Chinese new year in Taiwan, with the floating lanterns and the craziness and festivity in the streets :)
